600 San Pedro Exterior

I’m thrilled to share how far we’ve come in building our newest permanent supportive housing development, 600 San Pedro. Come 2025, Weingart Center will have a greater capacity to support our clients with housing and wraparound services that empower them to take control of their lives and live more independently.

Once completed, 600 San Pedro will have over 300 units of permanent supportive housing, including four units for on-site managers. Each unit will have heating, air conditioning, and a full kitchen. The building will also have community spaces, courtyards, a community garden, a career center, a library, and a fitness area.

Watch the time-lapse video of its construction here.
