Weingart Towers is the first of two new permanent supportive housing developments under construction in Downtown Los Angeles. The first tower will stand at 19-stories high, and will provide 278 fully-furnished units of permanent supportive housing. The second tower will be a 12-story building with an additional 104 units. Residents of both towers will have access to the following amenities:
