Current Weingart Center developments, Weingart Towers, were prominently featured in a white paper released by Central City Association of Los Angeles titled "Building Affordable Housing at Scale" along with industry-backed recommendations to encourage larger-scale Affordable Housing to better serve economically vulnerable residents and meet the magnitude of the City’s compounding affordable housing and homelessness crises.
