The Weingart Center Welcomes Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass

On Friday, January 13, 2023, Weingart Center Association leaders and I welcomed Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass as she toured Skid Row, the Weingart Center, and Weingart Towers (currently under construction).

During her visit, Mayor Bass met with me and other key leaders to discuss her initiative to reduce homelessness in Los Angeles. Additionally, Mayor Bass met with Weingart Center clients and community members.

We were thrilled to have Mayor Bass visit us at our facilities in Skid Row. I look forward to working with her on homeless issues in Los Angeles.
