Introducing 11010 smB: Permanent Supportive Housing for Seniors and Veterans

While many people experiencing homelessness can get back on their feet, it is imperative that seniors and senior Veterans experiencing homelessness find housing and support that meets their needs. In addition to the lack of affordable housing options available today, many other barriers make it difficult for seniors and senior Veterans to transition from homelessness into housing.

I'm happy to announce that the Weingart Center's newest permanent supportive housing for seniors and senior Veterans will open soon. 11010 smB will provide safe and secure housing with comprehensive services tailored specifically for the target population.

Located at 11010 Santa Monica Boulevard, the five-story building features:

  • 50 studio unit apartments

  • Rooftop deck

  • Pet-friendly living

  • Artful modern design

  • Comprehensive wraparound services

Weingart Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Los Angeles County. They provide housing solutions, counseling, and other services that help clients get back on their feet. 11010 smB is part of Weingart's existing portfolio of housing solutions that provides quality and compassionate services to end homelessness in Los Angeles County.
