Making large-scale change requires partnership — no one can do it alone.

For the Weingart Center, ending the cycle of homelessness requires collaboration between all sectors: public, private, and nonprofit. By working together, we maximize our abilities and create lasting change that empowers and strengthens our community.

At the 28th Annual Weingart Golf Classic, William A. Witte will be given the Champion for Change Award for his dedication and partnership in helping create 600 San Pedro, one of our permanent supportive housing developments.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with Mr. Witte, Chairman and CEO of Related California, a development company that has dedicated much of its portfolio to creating affordable housing. Mr. Witte shows his commitment to addressing California’s pressing housing needs through this and Related California's other countless affordable developments.

Thank you, Mr. Witte, for your commitment to addressing homelessness and affordable housing!
